They have a stunning collection of modern furnishings. This weekend I was there meeting a client, and fell in love. Everywhere you turn are the coolest furnishings with the neatest accessories. They have locations all over the country: Dallas, Houston, LA, Irvine & Atlanta. Check them out! I will definitely be going back.

Sidenote: I love posting about fun, unique furniture shops because I am discovering hidden treasures all over Atlanta. I want to share these great places with you in case you are looking for something similar or if you can find some inspiration!

Westside Design District

Happy Friday!!

As I was out shopping for a client, I stumbled upon a cute little furniture store on the Westside, Direct Furniture Atlanta. They offer contemporary, mid-century modern and transitional furniture. Their pieces are unique from local artisans & very reasonably priced. They work with designers and I was able to find just the right side table for my client. I will definitely be going back on Saturday!

Client Update- Design Plan

I am back from such a great time in NYC this weekend & back to work!! I have been working on putting together the furnishings, fabrics, lighting, flooring and existing side table on paper. This design plan allows my client to see the design details of the space & get a feel for how things are coming together. We are still working on a new side table, artwork and pillows.

Happy Thursday! This post isn't really 'interior design' related, but more inspirational! I will be flying out to NYC for the weekend in just a few short hours & I'm staying at the Hilton Times Square. Yay! I will be snapping pics left & right and posting soon. Contemporary Comfy!

Happy Friday! I am back to blogging on a regular basis after being away on our beach vaca! Here is an update on what's going on at C. Joyner Interiors.

Client Profile: Cute couple, married 40 years. They live in a condo in Buckhead with their 2 cats. They are very contemporary comfy! We are working on turning their formal sitting room into a comfy, entertainment space for great conversations. Check out a sneak peak into what's going on so far...

What's new in rugs this Summer?

Introducing Tremor... A new rug product from Merida Meridian coming this Summer. It has an organic sense of movement and subtle pops of color. This pattern is an elegant take on the classic Ombre pattern. Wool & linen. Very cool for the summer. Trend Alert! These are some of the NEW things we are seeing in rugs!

Happy Wednesday!! I have been SO busy this week getting ready for the beach & working on client projects, I haven't been doing my blogging due dilegence.
